New Ways to Lose

So we have no lost on a dropped third strike that wasn't really dropped, and having the pitcher throw the ball off the head of the runner on first. And that's only against the Phillies. What other ways have we lost ball games this year that you all think qualify as "creative"?

The franchise has had 97 years to perfect losing. Getting creative now and again with the ways to lose, keeps it fresh and interesting.
