Who'd you root for?

It's like asking Yankees fans "Mets or Red Sox?"

 

Or asking White Sox fans "Cubs or Twins?"

Now I am back and still confused as ever. Common sense would say that I would chose the Cardinals, because living in Chicago is already pretty much unbearable dealing with Sox fans. Honestly, I don't hate the Sox that much, but their fans piss me off greatly to make me hate the Sox as a team now. I think most fans that dislike the Sox do so because their fans antagonized them into hating the southsiders.

 

This is the exact reason why I hate the White Sox. Before I knew WHite Sox fans, I respected the Sox and would only root against them when they played the Cubs. Now I hate them more than anyone else.

 

If the Cardinals meet anyone else in the world series, I'd root for them to lose, b/c they are a hated rival.
