Changes to ad-free caretaker code

Hi, I have deployed a more comprehensive code snippet for ad-free caretakers. This should work better and includes the ability to remove ads that display before videos.

Can we get rid of the banner ads promoting becoming a caretaker when we already have caretaker status?

Those are supposed to be hidden already; I will add this to the ticket list, and take care of it in the next few days. Thanks for giving me the heads-up.
