Having the tying run picked off of 3b in the 8th inning had not previously appeared on my list of how the Cubs find a way to lose. Now it is, and it's reason #384...

Just got back from downtown guys.

 

Dusty managed to put together one of the worst lineups in baseball history even with Prior in it.

 

Corey leading off? Holly? Blanco? Macias? I thought a definite loss for sure.

 

The Cubs manage to almost win the game but don't due to poor base-running and poor officiating. That WAS a HR for Burnitz, right? I don't feel like reading though the entire thread.
