Every organization calls up (and sometimes even demotes) guys to playoff teams because their non-playoff affiliates' seasons are normally over so these prospects will get more playing time + a chance to play in a higher stakes environment.

But that said, most teams don't have multiple top 100-200 prospects to add to their playoff affiliate.
