Anybody here familiar enough with writing and Wrigley to write a lengthy guide?

I'm looking for something like this. I'll assist with the tech, formatting, imagery, etc. but I need someone to do the legwork and someone who has the institutional knowledge to write something this in-depth. Obviously, we'll pay for it. How much? I'm not sure but at least $100, maybe more depending on length.

Anyone up for writing something like this that covers seating, concessions, bars/food outside the stadium, parking/transit, etc?
