The Mike Leach in the SEC experiment isn't off to flying colors. State is averaging 15 points a game this year...and that includes the 44 point game against LSU; if you take away that game they are averaging 7.5.

They've scored ONE touchdown their last 3 games.

I know the talk is all about Trevor Lawrence this year, but Justin Fields is a beast and could be a very good NFL QB

It's a generational talent #1 pick vs. a traditional #1 pick QB. If Fields was in most other draft classes, he'd be the unquestioned #1 pick that year. He probably won't fall past 2 even if it involves a trade up.

There were some Hog fans that were clamoring for him last off-season. Thank god that didn’t happen.

Speaking of LSU, the natives are restless here over Bo Pellini at DC. What a trainwreck.

LSU is the first defending champ since 1991 to be under .500 five games into the season

To be fair, usually defending champs have a few games vs Directional State U to begin their seasons.

The way they're playing, Directional State U might take them out too
