Minor League Park Roadtrip - Prospects to Watch!

Hey guys,

 

My gf and I are going on a minor league ballpark roadtrip and are looking to see minor leagues games in Lexington, Louisville, Knoxville, Asheville, and Charleston (WV). I'm looking at matchups and trying to figure out interesting players to watch for each matchup. I did a quick and dirty search and here are the matchups and my watch list. Any help from smarter people would be greatly appreciated!

I live in Philly and have been to a few Ironpigs and Reading Phillies games the last couple years. They have some decent prospects in that system. Not sure if Bohm will be in Lehigh Valley by then but at the moment some major leaguers are on the roster in Nick Williams, Maikel Franco, Logan Morrison (?!) and a few others. JoJo Romero is a solid pitching prospect (and he signed a ball for me and shook my hand in Reading a couple months ago) and Adam Haseley may be with that team depending on the health of the Phillies' roster.
