The Indians and Brewers DSL clubs are probably so scared of Yohendrick Pinango that they joined forces to take him on today. They've managed to hold him back so far, 0/2 and in the midst of his first slump as a pro, but are still losing. Pinango's line has slipped some but we're still talking arguably the best performance from a Cubs DSLer under this FO. He remains one of the highest usage players in the league, one of 9 with 170+ PAs entering the day and only one of three 17 YOs with the other two being teammates.

Wasn't Candelario under this FO?

By the time this FO took over, he played his first games in Boise.

Indeed he was. Without looking, I could have sworn he was a 2012 signee. But nope. He was part of the Carlos Penalver/Jin-Yeong Kim class.
