Selling tickets for the Nationals series (8/10 and 8/11)

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am now in the position of trying to get my friends' money back for them. So, I have 2 tickets for the Friday game, and 1 ticket for the Saturday game.

 

Nationals at Cubs - Friday, August 9th, 1:20 CDT - (2) Section 219, Row 7, seats 103 and 104 - $84

Nationals at Cubs - Saturday, August 10th, 3:05 CDT - (1) Bleacher - $89

 

We got these back in March, so I'm not sure if prices are lower or higher now due to dynamic pricing. If you can show me where you can get equivalent tickets for less, I'll match it. I'm not going to break my back to sell these, but we are staying in the Wrigleyville area this weekend, so it shouldn't be too difficult to meet up.
