I noticed today that Jeremiah Estrada is 7th on FanGraphs' list. He was a personal favorite in the 2017 draft as a potential impact reliever with command of a good fastball and his changeup, and am really curious to see how he comes back post-TJ. He's hard to rank because of the TJ, though I think the talent and reliever forecast even before surgery mitigate it some.

Oh, even better! Hurt his elbow and yeah, doesn't seem anyone mentioned TJ. The Cubs seem to use it as a last resort and have done a good job avoiding it. Underwood, de la Cruz, Carlos Ocampo wasn't said to have TJ...Use stem cells instead!

 

I mean, I can't confirm he hasn't - just that I haven't read anything and I think Estrada has a high enough profile to make the prospect news if he needed TJS.
