Last day of the season...CaliforniaRaisin- great job again. Really appreciate the work!

For the day, I'm looking for Underwood to close the year strong.

Cruz going to AFL, so this more like his last rehab outing.

Rasin, I believe your tireless hard word in this forum was paid off in karma by last night's UCLA game.

Thanks!!

While I'm happy Raisin got to see that last night, I'd prefer he cashes in his karma during Cubs games.

Looking at the box score, it appears Myrtle Beach was setting up their pitching staff for the post season. So, De La Cruz should be OK.

Underwood was decent, 7IP, 4ER, 4H, 2BB 3K... He let up a couple in the 7th, it would have been nice if he left after 6IPs.

He ended the year strong. Two months ago I was thinking he'd be off the 40-man roster, now I'm looking forward to him in Iowa next year.

His last 9 starts:

61.1 IP, 3.38ERA, 23ER, .98 WHIP, 44H, 15BB & 46K.

Thanks for the recaps Raisin! I don't post too often in these threads, but I really appreciate being able to read what our best prospects are doing on the farm.

Good progress on the pitching front this season in the minors. Hopefully Oscar De La Cruz and/or A. Alzolay continue the progress they made next year!

I believe I cashed in all my karma (and keep in mind, I'm Hindu) following a certain 17-minute rain delay.

Thanks for the kind words, guys!
