I think that what we can all agree upon is that the past week and a half of baseball has been thoroughly unenjoyable to watch. And when in the thick of a stretch like this, it begins to feel like it's gone on lot longer than it has, and that it's going to go on for a lot longer than it will. And while it is possible that it goes on for the rest of the season, it would defy all odds and logic. Then again, so would an entire baseball season without a few rough patches.

What does being upset imply? I doubt anyone enjoys the losing.

Another 1 run loss. This team has to be like 3-4 wins behind their pythag now

 

Both the Cubs and Cards are about 4-5 wins below their pythag.

 

The Phillies are the luckiest bunch of lucks that ever lucked.

 

Orioles and Giants have been pretty lucky, too.
