why did we decide waivers needed to start right away and then give people about 10 hours' notice?

 

and now prospects are being added thru waivers during the prospect draft?

Picking up your prospect, should not cost you your waiver position.

 

But I think that means we need to finish the prospect draft before the season starts. Unless the comish has special powers to give a team a player.

I just did it so that people could get their rosters set before the deadline. Didn't think through the ramifications of the notice, though. We can reset that if needed.
