If we don't melt in the 107 heat index I'll report from Montgomery tonight.

It's Star Wars night.

Rob Z has scattered 4hits through 4. He is not missing many bats. The offense is putrid.

Lineup faced a pretty hot prospect in Snell, probably a very tough matchup for the LHs Hannemann and McKinney. Any thoughts on their defense?

Snell has held theM to 2 singles. McKinney made a few routine catches. Hanneman's made 1. Rob Z is in trouble in the 6th. Two walks and two stolen bases. Runners on 1st and 3rd 1 out. Nobody up in the pen.

The Smokies look like Lynard Skinnard Roadies. Long hair and beards. I'm guessing a lot of dope is smoked.

.196 hitting Wes Darvill tied the game at 1 with a sharp single to right field.

Since he was last demoted from the MLB team: 93 PA, .375/.451/.663/1.114, 6 HR, 21/12 K/BB

Who says no first here:

Phillies get - Torres, McKinney, Alcantara, Sands/Steele, and Lake

Cubs get - Hamels, Diekman, and Papelbon

?

If there's no money coming over to alleviate Hamels or Papelbon's contracts, the Cubs, IMO.
