Pierce went 5.0 IP w/ 6 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 5 K on 93 pitches. ERA sits at 1.08. Not a bad start.

That's 19 K and 4 BB in 16 IP so far at Eugene.

so he's a better hitter than raul mondesi and francisco lindor. not as good as correa or seager. russell is sss. this all sounds about right.
