Why does any idealistic scenario include having Matt Szczur on a major league roster.

He's obviously there as a 5th OF. Does his base running and defense grade out like his tools indicate they should?

I was really just going with guys in our system. I realize its not going to happen, but its more fun putting him there as a 5th OF than just writing "random FA sign or trade"... I basically put a whole lot of extra filler in there when my point was essentially that I hope everything breaks well enough that Contra and Schwarbs can be super utility guys for a couple seasons.

 

And poor choice of word of "floor" on my part, guess I meant "my twisted idea of their floor", which I would qualify as 'Major League average for at least 2 seasons'.

I think its more fun to put random FA sign or trade, I can get excited about that much more than Sczuzr!
