I guess I'll make a general thread since this board tends to be a bit of a mess.

Need to decide on a 5th Keeper: Antonio Gates, Danario Alexander, Lance Moore, or Ahmad Bradhaw. Who ya got?

Who are your other keepers? Tough choice. Bradshaw is on a team that can't run. Moore will be solid but not special. Gates is on the downside of his career. Alexander would probably be my choice. I like McCoy as the coach and he projects to be a starter on a team that should throw for 4000 yards. He's risky because he's never been anything close to a starting level WR. But I just don't like any of your other options. I'd look to draft a team where Alexander is your #4 wr and best case he's a starter by end of the year for you. Worst case potential matchup option or bye week player.

First four keepers are: Arian Foster, Brandon Marshall, Victor Cruz, and Kaepernick

That even puts me MORE in the Alexander camp, knowing that you have 2 stud WRs already. You won't need him to be more than a #3, but you can still go BPA in the draft making him your #4 WR if u go that route, which a viable option since you have one of the best 2 RBs in the league and don't need to overdraft there.

Should I go for a better QB early in the draft if I get the shot?

I also have Cutler and Rapey McGrabbyhands (roethlisberger) but figure Kaep is my best bet.

I'm probably the wrong person to ask because I hate QBs early. Plus, I'd imagine the big names (Rodgers, Brees, Peyton, Brady, Stafford) will all be kept. I'd go best RB, WR or TE first 2 picks at least then think QB if one falls. If not, go for a similar player to Kap and play the hot hand/matchup.

I have to keep two of Rodgers, Graham and Megatron.....who should I keep? I'm leaning towards Rodgers and Graham simply cuz Graham is the best TE by a mile...

You absolutely have to keep Graham. With Gronk Hurt, Graham is the best TE by a mile. There are other WR's like Green, Dez, Marshall, Julio that will put up numbers similar to Megatron, but I dont see any TE coming close to Graham's numbers.

So one of my keepers is definitely CJ Spiller ($15, can keep next year for $23). I'm thinking of also keeping Tony Gonzalez for $9. Keeping in mind that in my league, both Graham and Gronk will be kept for <$5, after which they'll hit the draft market again next year, so the TE market is thin.

So keeping Tony at $9 seems like a good bet, right?

$200 draft pool.

That's horrible reasoning and simply not true. First, Johnson's numbers were much better than everyone else's....in a season where his TDs were way down from the norm. Second, Johnson will outscore Graham by a mile. Why take the best TE over the best WR? WRs score more than TEs. You wouldn't take Buster Posey over Miguel Cabrera. Plus Graham was injured last year. It would be one thing if u had a great WR already, but u don't. U can still take one of those WRs and "settle" for a TE whoever takes Gronk's place or Tony Gonzales.
