do we have a running list of available minor leaguers anywhere?

Anyone from the 2012 draft is fair game, and you can see BA's top 100 list for free (but no details).

Oh, I'm not saying there isn't value past the top 7, just that there's an easy top 7, and then you really have to look hard to find quality (or luck out).

But easy top 7 for the draft <> easy top seven for fantasy

The Lindor vs Baez debate is an example of one with a REALLY easy answer for fantasy.

I agree with that Kevin - there are MLB ready prospects and then guys you hope develop. You don't want top notch defense for your team Tim?

To be fair, anyone in minor league baseball is fair game.

Vitters is just waiting out there for his most outspoken fans...

Lets just say that the lack of a defensive position won't prevent me from drafting Vogelbach in the late rounds if he's available.

Tim,

I think we're using the other order.

I'm just quoting what was posted previously. I'll let someone else update the list and refrain from the debate.

I did not think there was a chance the #1 pick in last year's draft would make it to #7.

Also, I would love to trade up from my 2nd round pick. PM me if there's interest.

Yes, but Buxton and Zimmer (already had surgery in his short pro career) are probably nearly as risky. And Russell is a bit of a gamble too...

Signability concerns... ;)

EDIT: Someone should mention to Brian that it's his pick.

He was still a top 5 talent.

Correa looked very good to scouts when he played, too.

I'm quite happy with my contingent of young shortstops between Baez, Correa & Machado.

Meh, that works, too. Add in Middlebrooks, then.
