What happened to Zach Rosscup?

He came over along with Garza from the Rays. He pitched in Daytona in 2011 and put up decent numbers for a 23 year old but I can't find anything since then. Did he get released?

Probably he was never of any real interest anyway. I can't find anything but there's plenty of guys like him in the system anyway
