Never realized, or at least forgot, that baseballs were hand stitched.

Considering the level of automation technology and the quantity of baseballs produced, it's pretty amazing it is still done that way.

There's no way the earlier part of attaching the threads was done like they show there, though.

So are all baseballs NOT made the same then? I mean they are certainly very very close, but everyone would stitch just a tad differently, no?
