Looks like a beautiful park. If I ever get out to Pittsburgh it's certainly on my "to do" list.

 

It should be the only reason you go to Pittsburgh.

 

Completely ridiculous. Pittsburgh is a terrific city.

I've only been to Pittsburgh once, but I'd visit again. People were friendly, and there were several interesting taverns/restaurants in the south shore/carson street area. I agree that if you hang around by the ballpark or the old strip district on the north central side of town, there isn't a lot going on (save Church Brew Works). It's far from a cosmopolitan experience, but it's a better town than a few others I can think of (Cincinnati, St. Louis, Detroit off the top of my head). And the ballpark is fantastic, as others have stated.
