The Padres play-by-play guy could no longer contain himself, and just started laughing at the home run balls we've hit that died before even getting close to going out.

So.... which team runs out of good pitchers first ??

I don't know, but I'm worried about Carlos pulling a groin with that kind of crazy follow through.

fun fact of the day, the cubs have the worst babip against in baseball, while the cubs' offense has the third-highest babip in baseball.

Yesterday the Cubs and Rockies played 8 1/2 innings (the Rockies didn't bat in the ninth) in 3:42.

Today, the Cubs and Padres got through nine innings in 2:10.

Wait a minute. What the hell?

Dick Enberg is doing play-by-play for the Padres?

Yes, he is their TV announcer.

Just really random and strange to me.

He usually does home games only. Weird indeed.
