Been waiting all season for Morla to get a start ... I would love to see the Cubs get him some starting opportunities next season, although I'm not expecting it. I guess there's a chance that he could be plucked in Rule 5, but I doubt it at this point.

 

well you're going to be waiting some more, because searle started.

 

and yeah there is no way that morla would get picked in the rule 5 draft.

guyer was 3-3 with a double and 2 walks... also 3 runs scored, an RBI, 2 SB and 1 CS. brett jackson was 1-5 but hey, he only struck out once. canzler was 3-5 with 2 doubles and 5 RBI.

 

cerda is 4-4 with 2 doubles. he's had a reasonably good year and has good patience, but needs to get stronger.
