I remember speculation this past offseason was that Burrell was who the Cubs would get in a trade for Bradley. There's still plenty of time for Sliva to come back to Earth and make me change my mind, but at the moment I'm glad we got Silva rather than Burrell for MB.

Yikes. Talk about stats falling off the side of a cliff. His last year in Philly was 250/367/507 and his two-year tenue with Tampa (which included a total of 75 fewer PA) was 211/303/350.
