Walter's State is a junior college in East Tennessee and a Juco powerhouse with a lot of tradition. They won the Junior College national championship back in 2006 and have been a nationally top ranked team for many years.

Sounds like a fun back and forth game. I can't find a box score anywhere, but Castro batted in two runs on a single, Flaherty had a 2 run homer, and the Tennessee bullpen sounded like it had a few issues. Of note, Muschko was on bullpen duty if Chen indeed started this one.

To add on, Flaherty went 2/2. HW Chen started and went 3 scoreless with only 1 hit. Muschko only went 0.2 IP (the 5th starter generally gets in from the pen in these games) and gave up 4 runs on 5 hits. Alex Maestri also struggled.
