Hi guys!

Thanks for the well-wishes. I had my surgery on Thursday in the late afternoon, and got discharged yesterday late morning. I'm still pretty sore, but am shuffling around the house pretty well. Just can't drop anything on the ground as I can't really bend down yet. You don't quite realize what you take for granted until you can't do things like you used to. The good news is that I've got my follow-up with the surgeon on Wednesday and should still be able to get on the plane for AZ on Friday (as long as I promise to get up and walk around so I don't get a blood clot!)

 

I really appreciate you holding the draft for me - it was much appreciated. Now I've basically been told not to go to work next week (we'll see how I'm feeling!) so shouldn't hold things up any longer!
