Does Garciaparra end up in the HOF?

They really should build a wing for the Hall of dam good. In my mind the only 2 position players elected to the HOF in the last 15 years or so that belong there are Brett and Gwynn. (I may be forgeting somebody of their calibre, but it's late)

i don't see the point of a hall of fame if you only let willie mays and ted williams and babe ruth in. ryne sandberg is one of the 10 best second basemen in the history of a game that goes back 125 years. i'd say that make him pretty damn notable.
