Jarrod Parker to have TJS

The Diamondbacks' pitching prospect will undergo TJS on Oct. 28. The team didn't say when he's expected to return, but I'd expect him to miss most, if not all, of 2010.

That was the initial prognosis, but they decided to try and rehab him for a couple months and see where he was, despite the suggestion by DJA for Tommy John. Obviously, Andrews was right. When I was working with the BayBears and Parker was there we caught a peek at the fax from his office saying a recommendation for TJS. This was in mid August I think.
