I haven't played Fantasy Football in like 5 years it seems. This is a two QB league and only 8 teams. I was drafting 8th. What is my biggest weakness to look to improve? I'm thinking I could use a WR, but I have potential to be solid. Plus I picked up the Titan's defense to have maybe as trade bait, but in an 8 team league its not as important I don't think.

I'd say RB might be your weakest spot. I would definitely start Hester over Harvin just for the fact that Hester is a 'number one' and should have more balls thrown his way

can't you upgrade at WR? harvin seems like a piss-poor #2 in an 8 team league.

I didn't want to start a separate thread for this, but I had a draft tonight with the 2nd pick (14 team league). The person with the 1st pick inexplicably picked Peyton Manning, so after I recovered from my shock I got AP. I also got Greg Jennings (2nd round) and Philip Rivers (3rd), so I feel good about my top players at the skill positions.

You need to upgrade your receivers especially for a 8 team league. I would think you could have a better 3rd RB as well.

 

We had our office draft last Friday and it is an 8 team league. I also had the 8th pick. Here is what I ended up with:
