Best timing of a fantasy baseball free agent pickup ever?

One of the leagues I'm in is a Yahoo league with weekly lineup changes. One of my starting outfielders had been Aaron Rowand, who hasn't been starting the past several games due to injury (and who has been slumping anyway). So I pick up a free agent to replace Rowand in my lineup for this week.

 

 

The free agent I picked up is Josh Willingham. Two grand slams in his very first game after I pick him up.
