Perhaps the Cubs probably will get Tony Pena Jr off of the Royals hands?

 

Heh, heh, heh. And I'm not liking this move by Dayton. I thought Dayton was going to improve this team, but from the looks of it, it's hardly any different than the previous years. It's sickening.

 

And Trey Hillman is an idiot.

 

To be fair, he hasn't signed Juan Gone or traded Beltran for Teahen yet.

True, but he did get Jacobs, which I didn't really like. And really, Mark Teahen isn't really that good. He's, IMHO, a situational/role player instead of being a corner outfielder/3rd baseman.

 

The Royals got a long way to go before doing something good on the offensive side, and that's a damned shame. Wasting Meche's and Greinke's abilities....
