Actually this would seem to indicate he is developing the skills needed to qualify him for the MLB team. If he can master the strikeout and/or pop up on the infield with a man on third and less then two outs he may be in line for a quick promotion.

De Leon is a reliever so I'd guess Jeff Beliveau or Alberto Cabrera will be moving into Peoria's rotation (probably Beliveau).
