What do you guys think of this? I think it kind of sucks that you can beat a team in game 1, and then have to beat them again in game 3 or be out. Doesn't work for me in baseball. They should just do a round robin.

It's what they do in College Baseball.

Its actually nothing like college baseball as two teams out of 4 move on instead of one, instead of double elimination.

 

I didn't understand the reason for Japan and Korea to play again and have Korea end up winning the group. Actually I still don't understand it.
