Does anyone understand Guillen?

I get maybe every other word and I can't understand the guy. Watching the video I think the media just waits for a pause to laugh.

I'm tired of how he has an opinion for everything, and it tends to always be disparaging toward the other person/situation/piece of fruit/whatever.

 

It does help that I don't understand everything he says though.

A lot of what he says is pointless and misinformed but I have no problem understanding him.

I don't really care that he has an opinion. I care that the media publishes every opinion he has and the only reason why is because they are disparaging.

I think I understand Ozzie pretty well.
