Derrick Turnbow to Texas

Rangers signed RHP Derrick Turnbow to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training.

If Turnbow makes the major league team he'll get $925,000 plus another $325,000 in potential incentives based on appearances, but he's no sure thing to be fully healthy by Opening Day because of shoulder problems.
