my question is why would we even think about punting to these guys when we're in their terrirtory? they've popped off long drives against us all game, i'd think we'd want to do whatever it takes to keep their offense off the field, even if it means gambling a little bit. the ball on their own 10 is just like the ball on our 20 in this game.

That's the rule, but they never actually make the calls based on that. It's really stupid and one of my biggest pet peeves about the NFL
