Assuming the White Sox follow the Cubs lead by losing quickly, what about a deal centering around Fukudome for Swisher. Both underperformed to the point of embarassment and a new start might help both of them. Obviously the deal would have to be expanded with other players and cash, but those two would be the main players involved.

I was just thinking "damn I wish we could trade some of our junk for Swisher".

If this could somehow happen, I think it would work quite well, I'd be up for tossing some solid prospects over their way actually which they could maybe be interested in as their system is horrendously bad.

Damn, I wish we could TOTALLY trade for Mr. .219/.332/.410/.742!!!!!!

I say we add in Soto just to make this deal fair.

I'd also like to get Mr .236, Adam Dunn. Perhaps you wouldn't?

YAY BATTING AVERAGE

Swisher even had a better year than Kosuke this year by OPS+, by one point, but still. Surprised me at first, but then I remembered how awful Kosuke was and it wasn't as shocking.

.233/.373/.528/.901 <------------------- DUNN

.219/.332/.410/.742 <------------------- SWISHER

Little bit different, my friend.

Prior to last year the difference between Dunn and Swisher was minimal and it's not like Swisher is washed up by any means.

He's still a couple years under 30 starting next season.

That being said I want neither on the cubs next year.
