Below is my roster but I have one question regarding Dan Haren: he has five years of experience; however, his first two years did not total 90 innings. Is he still considered exempt?

 

When do we have to start dumping non-exempt we can't keep? I am seeing trade offers...when can trading start?

Dan Haren is non exempt. He had over 50 IP in 2003 so that would mean he was exempt for the 2004, 2005 and 2006 seasons.

 

Non-exempt players will be dropped closer to the draft. Trades can be made anytime from now until keepers are finalized before the draft.
