Start Haren Tonight/This Week?

Hey everybody, I was just wondering what you guys think of Haren lately. Should he be avoided? I'm in the championship in one of my leagues and have to decide whether or not I should start him tonight and for the rest of the season. He has been pretty bad lately and I'm about 50/50 on sitting/starting him. Thanks for the help.
