Ankiel the CF

The reincarnation of Rick Ankiel is probalby complete. He has 30 HR in AAA this year.

 

I wouldn't be surprized if the Cardinals call him up for an extended look once they go back to sucking. He is 28 and his numbers aren't that spectacular though:

LOL. That is ture but in some way really sad.

 

I wish the best for Ankiel even though he plays for the Cards. Realistically, though, I don't see him make it as a big league outfielder.

Wouldn't the ball more likely land in the visiting dugout?

 

For some reason, I thought Ankiel's throws starting getting away from him up and away to RH hitters, but I might be wrong about that.
