SoCal - Chris Sampson must be removed as a relief pitcher

He is getting a start tonight and you cannot have him in your lineup as a reliever. Please remove ASAP or I will have to move him out of your starting lineup for you and you don't currently have another relief pitcher on your roster to replace him.

he is classified as a reliever in the league so I can't move him to the rotation. starting him as a RP was the only way to do it.

yeah, this sort of rule is quite absurd. If a guy is scheduled to get a spot start but is only eligible as a reliever it's completely unfair to force somebody to remove him from his lineup.

Not true. Chris Sampson has been a starter all season except for his first outing 4/4/07.

If you click on the 'POS' on your set lineup screen you will see that he can be placed as a SP. He became eligible as a starter in our league after the first 5 starts.
