Still 2 days to go, but that may swing the week. Nearly an 80 point swing with Garland putting up a solid -33.25. Is that a record ?

I gotta believe that Ozzie is the only manager in baseball stupid enough to leave his starter out there for 12 freaking runs.

doubleheader likely had a lot to do with it. the last four were on a grand slam, weren't they?

 

Anyone think the Cubs should take a shot at Buerhle? I don't really want another lefty but I think the Cubs need another starter. I don't have a lot of faith in Marshall or Marquis and Hill and Lilly are not exactly dominating. I would think another good starter would improve the Cubs chances quite a bit and save the bullpen some innings.
