He's going somewhere. Rotoworld reports he just got dropped from the roster:

Elijah Dukes has been dropped from Tampa Bay's roster, according to the St. Petersburg Times.
No word yet on whether he's been optioned to Triple-A, designated for assignment or traded, but Dustan Mohr is coming up to replace him. Jun. 22 - 3:59 pm et

And Baldelli was transferred to the 60-day DL to make room on the 40-man roster for Mohr.
