I thought so too...then I looked at their runs scored differential...considering their injuries and the fact that they are being outscored by more than 70 runs this year..its "magical" that they are anywhere but in dead last place in the division.

Cardinals just made it official.

 

Thompson and Wellmeyer will move up a day in the rotation, Ohka will throw after Wellmeyer, and Wells heads to long relief/outer siberia in the pen.

 

Oh this is going to be bad, bad, bad. Next thing we will find out is they have fixed Carpenters arm completely and he returns to form.
