This feature does not keep track of how many starts you have left for the week. What it does is it shows you how many "possible starts remaining" you have on your current roster.

 

For example, I have had 9 starts going into today's game and my PSR reading was 3. This tells me I have three pitchers on my roster that were going to start today (or the rest of the week). So if you look at your roster I bet you do not have any starters that were going to start in major league games today.

With the new rules in place, if a owner goes over 10 starts, then Tim will remove the highest scoring pitcher(s) during the week.

oh well, in all honesty I wasnt paying enough attention, I thought I had counted it out correctly at a point earlier in the week, but I guess I was wrong. I cant beat anyone cheating or not this year so maybe I should just set my roster and find something more entertaining to do with my time.
