I understand not taking my offer, but Hawpe isn't a full-time player in Col, so I don't know how much you expect for him. The players I offered aren't going to put you over the top, but aren't bad return for a part-timer.

I looked at Hawpe's numbers and it looked like he had at least several days off so far during the year.
