Howry and Eyre both look to be on the Mike Remlinger career path. Nice job by Wuertz today but the Cubs bullpen is not good enough.

Yeah, the bullpen has really suprised me. I thought Demp would continue to stink and he's actually been pretty good. At the same time, I didn't put much thought into Eyre/Howry, I thought they would be solid.

 

That Howry AB today was brutal. I thought he had the K two pitches before the HR.
