Halos start the year 3-0 with a 5-3 victory today. If Colon and Weaver can get healthy and stay healthy, that rotation should be considered the leagues best. Lackey(07 CY winner), Escobar, Colon, Santana, Weaver. Thats real solid.

This shaping up to be a great sports day! Cardinals and Sox lose, Houston, and MIL losing, and most importantly, CUBS WIN (by downing the Reds). \:D/

edit; I'm predicting the future on the Cards but 10-0 looks safe.

Colon and Weaver have back-to-back rehab starts at Rancho Cucamonga the next two days. I might have free tickets to tomorrow's game.

Going to the 7th, Boston leading 4-1 over Kansas City.

Gordon hasn't been too good tonight, 2 Ks and a groundout to the pitcher.

And Wellemeyer hasn't been looking too hot right now for KC. Walked a batter in his first time up, and gave up a 2 run HR.

I guess it's nice to see that he still has that Cub trait of walking batters and giving up homeruns.

Oakland is all over Seattle

Rich had 8 pitches in the first. Let's hope the forever in the dugout doesn't hurt him.

I'll wait until they post the article later tonight. Most of the discussions today have centered around Eddie Rob.

Dodgers hold on 5-4. Listening to the Dodger postgame show, apparently Schmidt didn't top 90 mph today.

Now time to watch Jordan Farmar actually get some PT from Phil Jackson.
