Carneal was an excellent broadcaster. I enjoyed listening to him when I lived in the Twin Cities.

 

NCCF..... I know it's only semantics, but the Twins were a charter member of the American League in 1901. They played in DC from 1901-1960, then moved to the Minneapolis area and changed their name to the Minnesota Twins. They have "been in existence" now for 106 years.

True. I left off the "in Minnesota" part of that statement. The second Washington Senators franchise (the one that started after the first one moved to Minnesota) is now the Texas Rangers.
